This Privacy Policy explains how Carrit Logistics Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use Hemoq ("Hemoq"), including the Hemoq mobile application and website at hemoq.com. Hemoq is a separate consumer-facing brand operated by Carrit Logistics Private Limited.
Hemoq is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using Hemoq, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We may collect and store your name, email address, contact number, business name, business logo, business address and GSTIN. You may also provide information in orders, cashbook records, credit-book records and notes.
Hemoq is a business CRM and record-keeping service. If you use Hemoq to manage your customers, you may enter customer names, contact numbers, order details, amounts owed to you, payment history and notes. You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate lawful basis and any required permissions or notices for information you enter about your customers.
Hemoq may allow you to store documents and images within order notes. You should not upload passwords, payment-card data, government identity documents, highly sensitive personal information or information that you are not authorized to store.
We may collect IP address, analytics information, crash logs, device/app information and similar technical information necessary to operate, secure and improve Hemoq.
We use information to create and manage accounts; provide Hemoq's CRM and record-keeping features; synchronize information across devices; provide customer support; maintain security; diagnose crashes and technical problems; analyze and improve the service; process subscriptions and payments; prevent fraud or abuse; comply with legal obligations; and communicate service-related information.
Hemoq uses Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We use Apple App Store and Google Play billing for paid subscriptions. When you purchase a paid plan, relevant purchase and account information may be shared with the applicable payment platform to process and manage the transaction.
Hemoq uses Django, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Google Cloud and Company-operated infrastructure including a VPS. Because Hemoq is available worldwide and some service providers may operate infrastructure in different countries, information may be processed or stored outside your country. We take reasonable measures to protect information and use service providers appropriate to the functions they perform.
For customer information that you enter into Hemoq about your own customers, you generally determine what information is collected and why it is used. Hemoq provides the software and infrastructure to process that information on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with laws applicable to your collection and use of your customers' information.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Hemoq, including authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting and payment providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Hemoq does not need to receive or store your full payment-card details for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google. Those transactions are handled by the applicable app store billing platform. We may retain transaction and subscription records needed for accounting, tax, reconciliation, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
We retain account and business data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we will generally begin deletion of account-associated data and permanently delete or anonymize it within 30 days, subject to technical backups, legal requirements and legitimate security or accounting needs. Transaction records relating to purchases of Hemoq plans may be retained for the period required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.
You may request deletion of your Hemoq account from within the app. Account deletion may be irreversible. Data that must be retained by law, for accounting/tax purposes, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims may be retained for the applicable period.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may contact us at hemoq.app@gmail.com regarding privacy requests.
Hemoq is offered worldwide. Privacy rights and obligations vary by jurisdiction. Where local law provides rights or protections that cannot be excluded by this Policy, those rights will continue to apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on the Hemoq website or in the app and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through reasonable in-app or email notices.

You can delete your Hemoq account from within the app using the account deletion function. You should export or otherwise retain any records you need before initiating deletion.
After an account-deletion request, we will generally delete or irreversibly anonymize account-associated personal and business data within 30 days, subject to the exceptions below.
We may retain information where necessary to comply with law, tax or accounting obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Purchase and subscription transaction records may therefore be retained for the period required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backup systems and will be removed or overwritten according to our backup-retention processes.
Deleting the Hemoq account does not necessarily cancel an Apple or Google subscription. You should cancel the subscription through the relevant app store to prevent future charges.
